CSF — Consultoría en Seguridad Funcional has achieved independent certification of its complete Functional Safety Management System by Risknowlogy under IEC 61511 — covering both the FSM system certificate and four procedural certificates across its core safety lifecycle activities.
What Has Been Certified
CSF's Functional Safety Management System has been independently assessed and certified in full. This includes the overarching FSM System certificate — the structural certification that confirms the management framework itself meets the requirements of IEC 61511 — alongside four procedural certificates covering the specific procedures CSF uses to deliver functional safety work.
The four procedural certificates were re-audited as part of this cycle, confirming that CSF's documented procedures remain compliant and audit-ready. The FSM System certificate (2259.546.4-1) is new, completing the full certification of CSF's Functional Safety Management System for the first time.
