WENLEN SA has achieved independent functional safety certification for its HIPPS-SSV subsystem in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 — independently assessed and certified by Risknowlogy.
What Was Certified
The HIPPS-SSV is a High Integrity Pressure Protection System subsystem. It is used in safety instrumented functions where fail-safe operation and independently verified SIL capability are mandatory requirements.
The certification confirms independent verification of safety integrity, hardware fault tolerance, and compliance with the applicable requirements of both IEC 61508 and IEC 61511.
