We are proud to announce that Mettler-Toledo’s GPro 500 Gas Analyzers have successfully completed the Proven-in-Use Certification according to IEC 61508 standards, with support and certification from Risknowlogy.

This certification demonstrates that the GPro 500 series is suitable for use in safety-related applications, achieving:

  • SIL 2 in HFT = 0

  • SIL 3 in HFT = 1

These levels confirm that the GPro 500 meets the rigorous requirements for functional safety and can be trusted in high-integrity environments. It’s a clear testament to Mettler-Toledo’s commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in the field of gas analysis.
