Account Management – Account
The Account section under Account Management provides administrative access to the organization’s account details, user management, and subscription packages. It is divided into three main tabs, labeled A through C in the images below.
A. Details Tab

This tab displays the main information about the organization’s account. It includes identification, configuration, and status data fields:
- Name – the registered name of the organization.
- Short Name – an abbreviated identifier used in listings.
- URL – the official website address of the organization.
- Time Zone – the default time zone applied to all activities within the account.
- Status – indicates whether the account is active or inactive.
The organization’s logo is displayed to the left. This logo will be used in reports. Selecting Edit allows authorized users to update these fields including the logo.
B. Users Tab

The Users tab lists all individuals registered under the organization’s account. Each entry includes:
- ID – unique system identifier for the user.
- Name – full name of the user along with their profile image.
- Groups – shows which permission groups the user belongs to (e.g., Administrators, Users – All). Hovering over the field displays the list of groups.
- Status – indicates whether the user account is active (green circle) or inactive.
This view allows administrators to review user roles and access levels within the organization.
Note: Currently new users or deleting users needs to be requested by the account administrator to Risknowlogy support.
C. Packages Tab

The Packages tab displays subscription and license information associated with the account. Each row represents a package currently or previously linked to the organization. The table includes:
- Package – the name of the subscription plan (e.g., Elite, Consultant).
- Date Start / Date End – the validity period of the package.
- Payment Method – indicates whether the package is free, prepaid, or invoiced.
- Package Calculations – total number of SIL calculations or operations allowed under the plan.
- Additional Calculations – any bonus or purchased calculation capacity.
- Used Calculations – number of calculations already performed.
At the bottom, the Change/Upgrade Subscription button allows authorized users to modify the current license or select a new package.
These three tabs together provide full visibility and control over the organizational account setup, users, and licensing.
