Frankly I thought that the certification process would have been easy and plain. I did not expect it to be so analytical and in-depth. Now that I completed the entire certification program, it has even more important meaning since behind it, there are structured and thorough checks on information, knowledge and experience. It has a substantial value for its completeness and for what it reflects about those who are the holders of the certificate. In addition, at a personal level, the certification program even helped me to enrich my views on FSM and on the positive returns for business. I enjoyed the process, the instilled inspiration and I feel proud of what has been achieved.
